Accounts and HR Assistant
We are looking for someone organized and experienced to update and maintain our bookkeeping, using QuickBooks
Job Description
- Handle petty cash and document expenses using QuickBooks
- Track accounts payable via QuickBooks and make payments via cheques and online transfers
- Calculate, document and remit EPF and ETF payments
- Maintain the employee leave register
Eligibility Requirements
- AAT full/part or equivalent and computer literacy, including use of email
- At least 3-yaers work experience in a post with similar responsibilities
- Prior experience in using QuickBooks or a similar accounting software is required
- Knowledge of import procedures would be an advantage
