Accounts and HR Assistant

We are looking for someone organized and experienced to update and maintain our bookkeeping, using QuickBooks

Job Description

  • Handle petty cash and document expenses using QuickBooks
  • Track accounts payable via QuickBooks and make payments via cheques and online transfers
  • Calculate, document and remit EPF and ETF payments
  • Maintain the employee leave register

Eligibility Requirements

  • AAT full/part or equivalent and computer literacy, including use of email
  • At least 3-yaers work experience in a post with similar responsibilities
  • Prior experience in using QuickBooks or a similar accounting software is required
  • Knowledge of import procedures would be an advantage
