Job Description
- Answer the phone and document all inquiries that require follow-up, using a cloud-based software
- Respond by email to inquiries received via the contact form on our website
- Open job tickets for repair/service requests using a cloud-based software
- Track progress of repair/service jobs and keep clients updated
- Track online orders received and coordinate timely delivery to customers
Eligibility Requirements
- Very good people skills and ability to stay cool under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Computer literacy and ability to grasp new technologies quickly
- Should be extremely methodical and well organized
