Job Description

  • Answer the phone and document all inquiries that require follow-up, using a cloud-based software
  • Respond by email to inquiries received via the contact form on our website
  • Open job tickets for repair/service requests using a cloud-based software
  • Track progress of repair/service jobs and keep clients updated
  • Track online orders received and coordinate timely delivery to customers

Eligibility Requirements

  • Very good people skills and ability to stay cool under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Computer literacy and ability to grasp new technologies quickly
  • Should be extremely methodical and well organized
