How can I order?
We recommend that all orders be placed online via the website. Online orders are rewarded with Loyalty Points which can be redeemed with your next order. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page for details.
What payment methods are available?
Multiple payments options – including credit/debit cards, mobile apps and direct transfers to our accounts at Sampath Bank or Seylan Bank – are available for order values up to Rs.250,000.00, courtesy of PayHere.
For orders over Rs.250,000.00 please select ‘Direct bank transfer’ as payment method. Bank account details will be displayed at checkout, when this payment method is selected. Order processing will commence once your payment is credited to our account.
Cash on Delivery option has been temporarily suspended.
How do you deliver?
In spite of the ongoing travel restrictions in Sri Lanka, we are maintaining our island-wide delivery service, thanks to our logistics partner Prompt Xpress.
Delivery is free island-wide for orders of Rs.5,000.00 and above. For lower value orders, a delivery fee of Rs.350.00 is payable.
Delivery of in-stock items is usually within 72 hours of receipt of order and payment. In the event of a possible delay, we will contact you and offer you the option of a full refund.
Delivery times for items which are imported or fabricated on order, are mentioned on the relevant product pages.
Do you ship outside of Sri Lanka?
We can ship to the Maldives on request. Please contact us with your requirements.
How do the Loyalty Points work?
Every Rs20 that you spend on our website earns you a Loyalty Point that is worth Rs1. A product review earns you 250 points.
There is no limit to the number of points that you can earn and no limit to how many points you can redeem in one order.
